FREE UK Delivery on orders of £30 or more
Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.
Dispatch times
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.
Many of our R&R Scents products are prepared in small batches, so during particularly busy periods we may occasionally need a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we’ll get in touch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an update to let you know it’s on its way.
Delivery
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are separate from our 2–3 working day preparation time.
We currently send UK orders using Evri. Estimated delivery times will be shown where available, but these are separate from our 2–3 working day preparation time.
Please make sure the delivery address supplied at checkout is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
Problems with your delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging where possible and send photographs. Please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
